As before, I came across another of the lovely pieces of guidance copy while going through the introduction steps for Ulysees for Mac. This one appears in the step that tells you about adding attachments, popping up in the little attachment sidebar:
Oh, you noticed me! Don’t close me again, please. I haven’t been read in a looooong time. Detach me, I beg you. Please. I want to breathe a little longer.
Getting to grips with the app is like a choose your own adventure book (albeit one you can’t take a wring turn in). Is this an anthropomorphic skeuomorphic content design user experience? Either way, that’d make a great job title.
