More on questioning the classic and clumsy click through slide deck presentation method: I was wondering if it would be nice just to show and share files and webpages onscreen instead, then remembered the joke Adam Buxton used to play at the start of BUG, where his screen would be projected, revealing a whole load of other embarrassing and suggestive files.
Jokey or not, there’s something about just presenting off your desktop, and preparing your ‘slides’ as regular references that I’m liking at the moment. Like this desktop picture that I used the first time I tried. Probably not Buxtonian or funny enough for another outing though!
