Came across these dashboard stickers while yes, planning to drive in Europe:
Such a cute idea. I can’t decide if I think it’s good or bad. Condescending or smart and helpful. My main thought against is that having both would just add clutter and things to try and pay attention to while driving in a country that you’re not used to. That line between needing signage to help people and having so much that
Like the ‘Polite Customer Notice’ I posted a while back, it’s a lot of information to take in and process in a situation which isn’t conducive to taking your time and stopping and reading.
Anyway, I didn’t get them. Nor sadly did I manage to find a GB sticker with the EU stars around it. Was hoping I could get one before they’re gone. Fly my flag for unity when driving on the continent. Alas. Adieu.
