There’s something I really love about this hotel checkout checklist card.
Partly the general idea, and the courtesy that it shows for sharing the hotels experience of what they find left in rooms, but mostly for that last checkbox. I can’t think if it’s just the joke, or the honesty, or the extra touch to an already nice card. Maybe it’s all these things. Whatever exactly, it’s the kind of tiny touch that can add enormous amounts to the customer experience.
