Not to belittle how massively hard planning reform is, but returning to this level of accessibility about the challenge is only a good thing imo.

If only Stef had managed to become an MP like Claire Hazelgrove, another of the impressive cohort of ex Futuregov /TPX folk. Perhaps he’s the long term housing minister he’s been hoping for!
